2H18 marks the 10th consecutive North America-based TBR study and fourth consecutive EMEA and APAC-based TBR study in which Lenovo outperformed Dell EMC and HPE in overall x86-based server customer satisfaction. TBR believes the results reflect Lenovo’s ability to meet customer expectations for high-quality hardware across multiple regions.
